LaraGo is a brand of ROSELAINE LARA, UNIPESSOAL LDA, a single member private limited company with registered office in Agualva-Cacém, Sintra, Portugal, with tax number (NIPC) 519378695. For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we are the data controller for personal data collected through this site.

We collect the data you provide directly in our application and contact forms, namely:

• Full name and contact details (email, mobile phone)
• Age and TVDE Driver Certificate (CMTVDE) status, if you apply as a driver
• Vehicle details (make, model, year, general condition), if you apply as a car owner
• Any additional information you choose to share in the form message

If you accept non-essential cookies, Google may collect browsing data (for example, IP address and pages visited) through cookies to measure conversions from our advertising campaigns. Without your consent, those cookies are not activated.

We use your data to assess your application or contact request, respond to you and, if we move forward, prepare and manage the contractual relationship with you (company fleet, partnership, or vehicle rental). The legal basis is your consent when you submit the form and, where applicable, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.

We keep your data for as long as your application or contact request is being processed. If there is no follow-up, we delete it within a reasonable period. If we enter into a contract with you, we keep the data for the duration of the contract and for any additional periods required by law.

We do not sell your data. We may share data with service providers that support our operations (for example, email hosting) and with public authorities when required by law (for example, IMT or tax authorities). If you accept advertising cookies, Google LLC may process browsing data to measure conversions from our Google Ads campaigns, as a data controller under its own privacy policy.

This site is available in Portuguese and English with separate URLs (for example, larago.pt/ and larago.pt/en.html).

Local storage (essential): we store in your browser (localStorage) the driver/owner tab you selected on the homepage, to improve your browsing experience. This information stays on your device and is not sent to our servers.

Advertising cookies (optional): with your consent, we use Google Ads (ID AW-18254541756) to measure conversions from our campaigns. Google may set cookies such as _gcl_au and collect usage data. We only activate these cookies if you click «Accept» on the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via «Cookie settings» in the site footer.

Consent preference: your choice (accept or reject) is stored in localStorage so we do not ask on every visit.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
